A. Liver: citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon, lime); olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dark leafy greens, broccoli, broccoli shoots, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, marinate red meat (wine, vinegar). Sour and bitter flavour.
B. Spleen: root vegetables (yam, sweet potato), orange coloured vegetables, wholegrains (brown rice, kamut, quinoa, sweet rice, barley, wild rice etc..), naturally sweet foods (stevia, barley malt, maple syrup, cane sugar). Do not skip meals and sit to eat without distractions. Naturally sweet flavour.
C. Kidney: seafood: fresh and salt water fish, oysters, clams, mussels, prawns, seaweed, mineral supplement, bee pollen. if cold: warming spices; cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, garlic, cayenne, orange peel, anise.
